How can KCR ingest any morsel of grain after starving Children in Govt. Schools ?

Over 8 months of pending bills of mid-day meals in schools, mid-day meal workers went on state-wide strike, took to the streets and held dharnas.

During KCR’s rule, lunch is banned in government schools… Government is feeding the stomachs of children without paying the bills.
