TRS minister, Mr. Prashanth Reddy, along with his brother, is believed to be involved in illegally sucking out sand from different water bodies in Balkonda and tampering way bills to transport the sand. They are utilising the entire administrative dynamics to drive this exploitation of Natural resources.
